The feature of this rotation module is that the processing process remains uninterrupted during product rotation. This allows for an overlapping process, but also gentler product processing.

The following functional description explains the process within the rotation module:

The product to be rotated is picked up using the desired transport option (according to specifications) and moved toward the rotating unit. Two identical rotary grippers pick up the product centrally during the run and rotate it into the desired position. The processing process is not interrupted.

As soon as the product has reached the desired new position, the transport takes over and passes it on to the next module.
